RECYCLED POLYESTER
Recycled polyester, often known as rPET, is made by respinning old polyester fibre into new polyester fibre after current plastic has been melted down. Although rPET manufactured from consumer-discarded plastic bottles and containers receives a lot of attention, polyethylene terephthalate can really be recycled from both post-industrial and post-consumer input materials. In contrast, 13 (0.75 L) plastic bottles provide enough fibre for one extra big T-shirt, simply as an illustration.
