Turnaround Time

  • The processing time for orders is 5 to 7 business days. While we make every effort to expedite the process, deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
  • Subject to availability, we may deliver partial orders and continue delivering the remaining items until the order is completed.
  • Ordering in advance is recommended to ensure timely delivery during the back-to-school season, as order processing may take longer.
  • To reduce delivery lead time, please provide a valid local contact number and a detailed address, including villa/flat number, street, city, and nearest landmark when placing the order.
  • Occasionally, the checkout process on the website accepts orders for temporary out-of-stock items. If requested items are unavailable, we can either offer a refund (refer to the Return & Refund Policy) or dispatch the items as soon as stock becomes available.
  • If you prefer not to wait for restocked items, please email info@zaksstore.com with your order reference number to request a refund for unavailable or undelivered items.
  • Parcel pickup from the retail store is subject to the physical availability of ordered items and order processing terms.

Important Notification

As per requests from parents, we are keeping the website open to accept orders for temporarily out-of-stock items. These will be dispatched once stock is replenished.


General Information

  • Each school portal is identified individually as per the privacy policy. Customers placing orders from different school portals or placing separate orders from the same school but delivering to the same address will be charged separately for delivery. Courier fees depend on the weight and size of the packages.
  • The uniform images on the website are for illustration purposes only; however, all physical uniforms we sell comply with the school’s approved standards.
  • Orders are fulfilled based on items placed online.
  • Automated notifications for payment and order validation are sent via the registered email address. Processing times may vary based on current stock availability.
  • If you encounter a payment error after placing an order and the amount has been debited from your bank account, please send an email to info@zaksstore.com with your order reference details. Our team will verify the transaction with the bank and update you promptly.
  • If payment was not completed or debited, and you received a payment error notification, please ignore the email and place a new order online.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment validation. Processing terms will be as mentioned on the website.
  • Please note that we only deliver to local residential addresses within the country where the school is located. We do not offer international delivery.
  • Foreign transaction fees may apply and may appear on your bank account as an additional charge.
  • During public holidays or other exceptional circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing times. Your business is important to us, and we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Carriers

We use various carriers to deliver orders. The customer will be contacted before delivery.


Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost and have the option to cancel your order if you choose.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship the available portion of your order. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship the remaining portion at no additional shipping or handling cost.
