Turnaround
Orders will be dispatched in 5 to 7 working days, while we take every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
The checkout process on the website occasionally accepts orders with temporary out-of-stock items. If the requested items or goods are out of stock, we can offer a refund (Please refer to the return & refund policy) or we’ll dispatch the item as soon as physical stock is received.
If you prefer not to wait you can request a refund on unavailable and undelivered items, please email info@zaksstore.com with your order reference number.
At times, we will keep delivering partial items and the remaining items until the order is completed.
Important Notification:
As per the request received from the parents, we are keeping the website open to accept orders for currently out of stock items and will dispatch them upon replenishment of stocks.
Although we make every effort to speed up the delivery process, deliveries outside of the city may take longer.
Parcels pick-up from the retail store is subject to the physical availability of the ordered items and order processing terms.
Please Note: On some occasions, for example during the public holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Every school portal is identified individually as per the privacy policy. Customers who order from different school portals or place separate orders from the same school but deliver to the same address will be charged separately for delivery. However, the weight and size of the packages will determine the courier fees.
Please Note: We honour the orders as received and can only send the items that are ordered online. Exchange requests can be made at the retail store.
Please Note: Foreign transaction fees may apply. This may reflect on your bank account as an additional charge.
Automated notifications are sent for payment and order validation.
The customer’s registered email ID will receive an order-confirmed invoice (PDF document) once the payment is validated.
If there is an error encountered while processing your payment for your order with ZAKS and If the amount has been debited from the bank and still you have received a payment error email, please send an email to info@zaksstore.com with the order reference details, and our team will verify with the bank and keep you informed at the earliest.
In case you haven’t completed the payment or didn’t get a debited message from the bank and received this notification email please ignore this email and place a new order.
Order will be processed once the payment is validated. Delivery terms will be as mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
